Background
Founded in 1979, JEHONG is a leading integrated fabric manufacturer with over four decades of expertise in development and production. Specializing in a full textile supply chain—weaving, dyeing & finishing, and post-processing—the company produces a wide range of textile fabrics, including linings, canvas, plain weave, twill, and jacquard, with a focus on filament, staple fiber, blended, and interwoven materials. With professional textile expertise across its supply chain, JEHONG consistently delivers premium products to rigorous standards, earning global acclaim for fabric quality. The company is also a pioneer in green textiles and sustainability, holding a unique patented waterless dyeing technology. The birth of its subsidiary brand ENUNIC marks the realization of the vision that environmentally friendly dyeing methods will be widely applied in the textile dyeing industry.

This innovation reduces water consumption at source, cutting dye/chemical use, heat emissions, and wastewater discharge. It not only shortens production cycles but also enhances physical properties beyond traditional dyeing processes, meeting strict waterless-dyeing environmental criteria while achieving at least 333 times of water savings. In 2024, JEHONG officially partnered with SUNTECH. Facing JEHONG's challenges of labor-intensive warp beam transportation and low efficiency, SUNTECH proposed automated material warehousing and handling solutions. Through loom winders and electric warp beam trolleys, these solutions addressed issues such as warp beam handling and batch winding in the weaving workshop, significantly improving operational efficiency, reducing labor requirements, and cutting costs.
Honored Customer Journey
With over four decades of technical expertise and manufacturing experience in the textile industry, JEHONG operates three factories in Taiwan, China and Vietnam to meet global fabric demands, serving a diverse international clientele. As a leading fabric producer, it maintains rigorous production processes and quality control standards, upholding strict delivery expectations for downstream customers. In 2024, JEHONG partnered with SUNTECH, progressively adopting hydraulic and electric warp beam trolleys, and loom winders to enhance efficiency in textile material handling and storage—streamlining production workflows effectively. SUNTECH's equipment successfully addressed the challenge of labor-intensive, low-efficiency warp beam transportation, optimizing overall production processes.

At SUNTECH, we believe customer satisfaction is the core driver of our success. To elevate the partnership experience, we've established a dedicated VIP service system, committed to delivering premium, personalized support to every collaborator—with JEHONG recognized as one of key strategic clients in Asia market. This collaboration demonstrates more than problem-solving: it highlights the transformative potential of advanced machinery in traditional manufacturing. By resolving JEHONG's critical operational issues and delivering measurable benefits, we've showcased how innovative equipment can drive industrial transformation. Moving forward, we remain committed to deepening this partnership, jointly refining solutions to further strengthen market competitiveness.
Challenges & Why SUNTECH

SUNTECH Solutions to Help Out
Automated Material Handling Solutions
During our communication with JEHONG, we learned that they faced inefficiencies in warp beam transportation, which hampered production progress. Given the heavy weight of warp beams, traditional handling often required a team of 2 to 3 people, consuming significant time and labor while incurring increasingly high costs. SUNTECH proposed an electric warp beam trolley solution. With a robust 4.5-ton load capacity, it ensures the safe handling of warp beams. Its fully electric operation, integrated with an EPS steering system and an intuitive control handle, enables a single operator to complete the entire process, greatly reducing labor requirements. Thanks to SUNTECH's electric warp beam carts, JEHONG has achieved a 60% efficiency boost in warp beam transportation and cut labor costs by at least half.

Classic Batch Winder Solutions
Meanwhile, due to JEHONG's high-volume production, the winding process after grey fabric production in the weaving stage has also affected the actual fabric output efficiency due to inefficiencies. After the loom finishes producing grey fabric, winding is required. This process typically only yields small fabric rolls, which then need to be sewn together to form large batches. The entire process is highly inefficient, and fabric waste often occurs during the sewing stage. SUNTECH's batch winders, leveraging the convenience of off-machine winding and adopting an automated winding method, effectively eliminate the need for multiple winding steps, enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing costs. As a result, they have received high praise and recognition from JEHONG.
