Background
ANDREZA ENXOVAIS is a leading company in the Brazilian home textile industry, with nearly 40 years of experience. Renowned in the local market for its modern production system and consistent product quality, it boasts four production bases and comprehensive large-scale production capabilities. Leveraging advanced equipment and a mature management system, ANDREZA has become a representative manufacturer in the Brazilian home textile industry.

ANDREZA focuses on the research, development, and production of bedding and home textiles, covering sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and various matching home textile series, with a monthly output of approximately 2 million square meters. The company adheres to the core philosophy of "quality and detail," continuously introducing modern equipment and innovative processes to ensure consistent standards in comfort, durability, and appearance. Based on its multi-base production layout and continuous equipment upgrades, ANDREZA maintains strong competitiveness in the Brazilian market and has established a strong brand reputation in its niche home textile sector.

With the continuous expansion of production scale and increased warehousing turnover, ANDREZA is gradually optimizing and upgrading its internal logistics and warehousing management. In 2024, ANDREZA partnered with SUNTECH to introduce a beam stacker to address the issues of insufficient warehouse space utilization and low efficiency of manual handling. After its implementation, the equipment enabled centralized storage and intelligent retrieval of fabric rolls, effectively improving warehouse management efficiency and laying the foundation for the subsequent introduction of axle carts and expansion of the axle storage system. This also marks a significant step forward for ANDREZA in its transformation towards a more automated and efficient production model.
Honored Customer Journey
As production scale continues to expand and the demand for multi-site collaborative production increases, ANDREZA is gradually transforming its factories towards a more efficient and standardized operating model. While output continues to rise, fabric roll storage and internal turnover have become crucial factors affecting efficiency. The original storage methods, relying on manual labor and stacking, were space-consuming, inconvenient to schedule, and prone to congestion and waiting under high-frequency inbound and outbound conditions, failing to meet the demands of the modern production pace. To address this, SUNTECH customized a solution for ANDREZA, using three-dimensional storage and intelligent retrieval methods to achieve more organized fabric roll management within a limited space, significantly improving warehouse utilization and helping the client complete a significant upgrade to its warehousing model.

SUNTECH always adheres to a customer-centric approach. Throughout the cooperation process, we focused on ANDREZA's core needs for "saving warehouse space," "improving storage and retrieval efficiency," and "safe and convenient operation." After the equipment was put into use, it operated stably and smoothly, significantly improving the previous problems of low efficiency and large space occupation in aisles. The customer gave positive feedback on the equipment's operational status and the professional support from the SUNTECH team, and expressed a clear intention to further expand the automated warehousing solution, laying a solid foundation for deeper cooperation between the two parties in the future.

SUNTECH Solutions to Help Out
Automated Material Storage Solutions

To address ANDREZA's challenges regarding insufficient fabric roll storage space, low access efficiency, and chaotic inbound/outbound scheduling, SUNTECH provided them with a beam stacker, better suited for high-frequency production environments. This three-dimensional storage approach allows for centralized management of previously scattered fabric rolls, significantly improving space utilization without expanding factory facilities. It also creates a cleaner, more organized warehouse area and reduces time wasted due to frequent fabric roll movements.

Simultaneously, the systematic access method ensures more stable and controllable fabric roll inbound and outbound operations, maintaining smooth turnover during peak production periods and preventing disruptions to production schedules due to waiting times or congestion. This helps ANDREZA gradually transition from traditional manual warehousing to a more efficient and standardized production management approach, providing a more reliable foundation for future capacity expansion.
