Automated Textile Material & Storage Handling Solutions
 
After thoroughly understanding the production layout and storage management challenges of DNM's new factory, SUNTECH customized a customized intelligent beam stacker solution to replace traditional manual stacking and floor storage methods, comprehensively improving factory space utilization and production efficiency. This modular system enables multi-layered, three-dimensional warp beam storage within a limited space, increasing warp beam capacity by nearly sixfold and freeing up more production space in the new factory.

SUNTECH's beam storage system easily stores and retrieves warp beams, reducing manual intervention and operational risks. By seamlessly integrating with the shop's electric warp beam trolley, the storage system efficiently integrates storage and production, supporting a continuous production process. Its smooth and efficient operation has successfully helped the customer optimize space management, improve overall production flow efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for future large-scale automation expansion.
