To keep pace with growing order volumes and accelerating production cycles, GORDON has been continuously optimizing its manufacturing processes and upgrading equipment. The company sought to leverage automation to enhance efficiency in fabric pre-treatment and roll management. In knitwear production, the stability of the fabric's condition directly impacts cutting precision and the quality of the finished garment; however, traditional fabric rewinding and rolling processes are often susceptible to inconsistencies caused by manual handling, leading to issues such as uneven tension, irregular edges, and measurement errors.
In 2025, GORDON initiated in-depth discussions with us. To meet their rigorous standards for production efficiency, fabric quality stability, and delivery timelines, SUNTECH supplied a fabric relaxing machine to relax and condition the fabric prior to cutting, thereby eliminating tension variations. Additionally, a fabric rolling and measuring machine was provided to ensure precise length measurement and standardized winding, guaranteeing a consistent fabric roll state for subsequent production stages.
