During the communication with KALTEX, we learned that they face many challenges in the daily handling of cloth rolls and warp beams. Due to the large plant area and wide distribution of equipment, the traditional manual handling method is inefficient, especially during peak production periods, which is more likely to cause transportation bottlenecks, seriously restricting the overall production capacity. At the same time, large-sized cloth rolls and heavy-loaded warp beams require multi-person collaboration during the handling process, which is labor-intensive, unstable, and has safety hazards, and also increases the company's labor costs.
To solve this series of problems, SUNTECH provides KALTEX with two automated handling equipment:
electric cloth roll transport trolleys and electric warp beam transport trolleys. With high load-bearing capacity and flexible control systems, it can easily realize the fast and safe movement of materials in the workshop, greatly shortening the transportation time; it not only supports single-person operation, but also can operate flexibly in narrow spaces, greatly improving work efficiency.
After being put into use, KALTEX has significantly improved the material flow efficiency of the production line, reduced manpower dependence, reduced the risk of misoperation during handling, and the overall operation of the factory has become smoother.
