Headquartered in India, TRIDENT is one of the country's leading textile and diversified industrial groups, with operations spanning yarn manufacturing, towels, bedding, paper, and chemical products. TRIDENT has strategically located its main production facilities in northern and central India, establishing a comprehensive regional manufacturing network encompassing raw material procurement, large-scale production, and efficient logistics. Its products are exported to over 150 countries worldwide. Since partnering with SUNTECH in 2022, TRIDENT has introduced more efficient and standardized material handling solutions in its towel production units. Through this collaboration, TRIDENT aims to further optimize internal logistics, reduce labor intensity, and support its long-term vision of achieving intelligent and efficient textile manufacturing.
With continuously growing global orders, TRIDENT's towel business has been expanding its production capacity, leading to a significantly faster production pace. The high-frequency handling of materials within the workshop has become a critical aspect. The existing handling methods have gradually revealed shortcomings in terms of operational efficiency and safety. The equipment relies heavily on manual labor, resulting in high operational intensity and certain safety risks under heavy load conditions. Furthermore, traditional equipment struggles to meet the demands of high-intensity continuous production in terms of maintenance and stability, indirectly limiting overall production efficiency. To support its large-scale, standardized towel production system, TRIDENT urgently needed to upgrade its existing handling equipment.
TRIDENT sought to introduce safer, more stable, and easier-to-operate electric handling equipment for the daily transportation of warp beams within the towel production unit. The equipment needed to possess good load-bearing capacity and smooth operation performance to adapt to high-frequency, heavy-load usage scenarios. The customer also focused on the ease of operation, the reliability of the electrical control system, and future maintenance costs, hoping to reduce manual labor intensity, improve overall workshop efficiency, and seamlessly integrate with existing production processes through electrified and standardized handling methods.
After evaluating several equipment suppliers, TRIDENT ultimately chose SUNTECH. This decision was based on SUNTECH's long-standing experience in the field of textile material handling equipment and its mature and reliable product solutions. The SUNTECH electric warp beam high lift trolley utilizes a stable electric drive system, ensuring smooth operation and safety, effectively meeting the heavy-load handling needs of the towel production unit. Furthermore, SUNTECH's professionalism in project communication, solution matching, and delivery execution was highly appreciated by the TRIDENT team. Through thorough preliminary technical discussions and on-site adaptation, TRIDENT concluded that SUNTECH's solution was a crucial support for improving handling efficiency and advancing the automation upgrade of their production site.
