Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Pakistan, UNION FABRICS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a manufacturing company with extensive influence in the local home textile industry. The company covers the entire process of weaving, dyeing, finishing, to finished product production, with a strong production capacity of 40 million meters of fabrics and 5 million finished products per year. At the same time, it produces a variety of fabrics for various related industries, such as bedding, public institutional supplies, pockets/linings, mattress fabrics, and furniture, covering grey fabrics (loom state), bleached, and finished products. With the continuous introduction of advanced technology and equipment, UNION FABRICS has always been at the forefront of the industry, providing high-quality home textile products to customers around the world, especially in the field of bedding.
UNION FABRICS strictly adheres to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System (EMS). The company has also obtained the Global Textile Standard (GOTS) and OEKOTEX certifications, as well as BSCI and SEDEX certifications.
In 2015, UNION FABRICS established cooperation with SUNTECH for the first time to purchase fabric inspection machines in response to the production needs of new fabric categories. This batch of equipment performed well in actual applications, not only saving a lot of human resources, but also helping the company to achieve efficient operation and further upgrade quality management.
