In November 2025, the Dunlop Flooring team from New Zealand visited SUNTECH. As an existing customer with whom we have established a collaborative relationship, this visit focused on further discussions regarding the upgrade of their existing automated packaging line, with a particular emphasis on introducing an AI fabric inspection system to achieve intelligent linkage between upstream and downstream processes.
During the discussions, Dunlop Flooring mentioned that with changes in order structure and delivery schedules, their existing packaging system was showing room for improvement in terms of efficiency and integration. Instead of simply increasing the speed of a single process, they hoped to create a smoother collaborative relationship between fabric inspection and packaging through system integration, thereby reducing waiting times, repetitive operations, and manual intervention, and unlocking the potential capacity of the entire production line.
Based on this objective, we jointly explored solutions for intelligently integrating AI fabric inspection with their existing packaging line, allowing the fabric to naturally enter subsequent processes after inspection, creating a continuous and stable workflow.
Dunlop Flooring provided positive feedback on the operational logic and practical effects of the entire solution, further confirming the direction of maximizing overall efficiency through upgrades and integration. SUNTECH will continue to provide more scalable automation solutions tailored to the customer's production pace and development plans, supporting their long-term, sustainable efficiency improvements.
