To meet GLOBAL SAE-A's dual demands for high precision and efficiency, SUNTECH equipped it with an AI-powered fabric inspection system. This system utilizes industrial-grade high-definition cameras to capture detailed images of the entire fabric width. AI algorithms automatically identify and mark defects with a stable accuracy of ≥ 85%. Defect maps and reports are generated in real time, ensuring quality traceability. Fabric inspection efficiency has increased by over 50%, meeting the rapid delivery schedule for large-volume orders.
GLOBAL SAE-A recognizes Suntech's capabilities in AI-powered fabric inspection and hopes to use this collaboration as a starting point to build a scalable digital fabric inspection standard for replication across its global production sites, gradually replacing manual labor-intensive production models and transitioning to a "smart production + data-driven quality control system."
