In October this year, the Tokyolife team from Vietnam was invited to visit SUNTECH to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's overall capabilities and intelligent solutions. Discussions focused on establishing a more stable and efficient fabric inspection solution within their existing production scale.
During the exchange, Tokyolife mentioned that with the accelerated pace of orders, their original manual fabric inspection method was showing its limitations. Long hours of high-intensity work often led to errors, and if fabric defects were not detected promptly, they would be magnified in subsequent stages, directly impacting garment quality and the end customer's experience. This uncertainty was the key issue they hoped to address through automation.
In response to this situation, we introduced and demonstrated our AI fabric inspection solution to Tokyolife. Through a more standardized and systematic inspection process, the work previously relying on experience-based judgment was transformed into visual, traceable data results, making the inspection process clearer and more stable. During the on-site demonstration, the client gave positive feedback on the system's recognition consistency and smooth operation, and also saw its practical value in alleviating manual labor pressure and improving overall efficiency.
Through this face-to-face communication and on-site visit, Tokyolife gained a more intuitive understanding of AI fabric inspection. For them, this was not only an upgrade at the equipment level but also an important step in laying the foundation for future capacity expansion and quality management. SUNTECH continues to maintain communication with Tokyolife, combining their production characteristics to promote the implementation of automated solutions that better suit their actual needs, helping them achieve more stable development in the highly competitive apparel market.
