In November of this year, the GLOBAL DENIM team from Bangladesh visited SUNTECH for exchange and discussion. As long-term partners, they had previously purchased our fabric inspection machines and beam carriers. During this visit, they hoped to gain a more comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and factory scale, while also assessing the possibility of further equipment upgrades.
During the discussions, we learned that GLOBAL DENIM had previously faced a common industry challenge in its fabric inspection process: manual inspection was not only labor-intensive and time-consuming, but also difficult to guarantee consistent identification quality. Fabric defects were often overlooked due to negligence, impacting subsequent customer satisfaction. As order volumes continued to grow, this instability became increasingly prominent, becoming a key bottleneck they wanted to address.
Based on their specific circumstances, we provided them with an upgraded fabric inspection device. The new system adopts a more standardized four-point system, making defect identification more accurate and the overall process more standardized, effectively reducing the variability of human judgment. After experiencing the machine firsthand, the customer expressed high praise for its smooth operation and stable testing capabilities. They confirmed that the upgrade would improve fabric inspection efficiency by approximately 50%, significantly alleviating issues of labor shortages and quality fluctuations.
Furthermore, GLOBAL DENIM reiterated the practical value of beam carriers in the factory. Previously, beam handling required multiple people, which was physically demanding and posed certain safety hazards. Now, with electrified handling, operation has become easy and smooth, not only improving efficiency but also significantly reducing the workload of workers. They believe that this improvement in details also enhances the reliability of the overall production system.
This visit by GLOBAL DENIM was not only for equipment inspection but also to verify the partner's continuous innovation capabilities in the field of automation.
