In September 2023, the Russian NORDTEX team visited SUNTECH for in-depth discussions on intelligent fabric inspection and packaging solutions. As their factory continues to expand, NORDTEX is accelerating its workwear business development. Ensuring consistent quality while increasing overall output was a key focus of this visit.
During the discussions, NORDTEX mentioned that their existing production model was no longer sufficient to meet their future expansion plans. The factory operates on a fixed work schedule with a clear and tight production rhythm. Under these conditions, any improvement in process efficiency would directly translate into a significant increase in production capacity. Therefore, the client hoped to systematically optimize key processes through a customized integrated fabric inspection and packaging solution.
Based on this need, we and NORDTEX focused on discussing how to reduce intermediate waiting times and manual intervention through a higher degree of automation, allowing fabrics to quickly enter the packaging process after automatic inspection. This would make the entire production line run more smoothly and predictably. During the visit and discussions, NORDTEX gave positive feedback on the overall concept and actual performance of the AI fabric inspection and packaging line, believing that this solution could effectively support their workwear business expansion goals. Under their existing work hour system, achieving efficiency gains through process upgrades is a crucial path to maximizing factory profitability.
