In November of this year, the WHASUN TECH CORPORATION team was invited to visit SUNTECH. Together, they discussed how to improve efficiency while ensuring quality, hoping to leverage intelligent technology to transform traditional processes, with a particular focus on the improvement potential of the fabric inspection stage.
We learned that WHASUN TECH CORPORATION encountered numerous challenges in the fabric inspection process. Process execution relied heavily on manual labor, resulting in high costs and poor stability; inspection speed could not keep pace with production capacity expansion, becoming a bottleneck on the production line; fabric defects were identified based on experience, easily overlooked, leading to increased customer feedback; and quality fluctuations causing rework and even complaints were eroding brand reputation. These pain points repeatedly amplified the limitations of the traditional manual fabric inspection model, making WHASUN TECH CORPORATION realize that only by introducing intelligent equipment could sustainable efficiency improvements and quality stability be achieved.
To address the specific needs of WHASUN TECH CORPORATION, we provided a new generation of AI fabric inspection machine, deeply optimized from hardware to algorithms, to build an efficient, quantifiable, and traceable intelligent fabric inspection system. It captures defects at high speed with an accuracy exceeding 90%. Automatic marking and visualization of defect maps, along with automatic generation of inspection reports, facilitate rapid traceability and quality management.
