In January 2026, a team from Brazil's VICUNHA visited SUNTECH for a tour and technical exchange. The focus of this visit extended beyond the selection of individual equipment; instead, it centered on how to streamline fabric inspection and packaging processes during the automation upgrade journey to build a more efficient and stable production system.
During the discussion, VICUNHA noted that as their factory scale expands and product quality requirements rise, traditional inspection and packaging methods can no longer sustain future production rhythms. The demand for accuracy and consistency in the fabric inspection stage is constantly increasing, while the subsequent packaging process requires a better balance between efficiency and standardization. This has prompted the client to rethink the role of automation in their factory from a holistic, process-oriented perspective.
Against this backdrop, both parties focused on the practical application of the AI Fabric Inspection and Packaging Line in production, as well as its potential synergy with existing logistics systems. Additionally, regarding the application of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) for internal workshop transport, the client analyzed their specific production layout to explore feasible pathways for future automated connectivity.
