Automated Packing Solutions Improve Packing Effect and Increase Production Efficiency
In May 2025, the PHONGPHU team from Vietnam was invited to the SUNTECH headquarters to discuss textile machinery solutions. During the discussion, the customer said that they were currently facing many problems in the fabric roll packaging process: the traditional packaging method was highly dependent on manpower, inefficient, and the packaging effect was uneven, affecting the overall shipment quality and end-customer experience.
SUNTECH recommended an automatic cloth roll packaging solution for PHONGPHU. The equipment can be combined with main sealing, side sealing, and taping, which not only improves the overall packaging appearance but also has excellent dust and moisture resistance, is easy to transport and store, and helps customers establish a more professional brand image in the downstream market and improve customer satisfaction.
In addition, the system can automatically measure the width and diameter of the cloth roll, optimize material use, and reduce waste; at the same time, it integrates automatic labeling and ERP system docking functions to help PHONGPHU realize the digitalization and intelligent management of the packaging process. The equipment has extremely high operating efficiency and can complete 7 rolls of packaging in one minute at the fastest, greatly reducing labor input.
