Through Automated Material Handling and AI Fabric Inspection, Save 70% of Manpower, Improve Efficiency, and Optimize Production!
In July 2025, the Indian WILTON WEAVERS team was invited to visit SUNTECH. During the discussion, we learned that the client faced two core challenges in its production process: First, the fabric inspection process relied on manual labor, which was not only inefficient but also often resulted in missed defects, impacting the quality of subsequent garment manufacturing. Second, the warp beam handling and processing process was labor-intensive and presented high potential safety risks, making it difficult to improve overall operational efficiency.
To address these issues, SUNTECH provided WILTON WEAVERS with a two-pronged solution. First, the AI-powered intelligent fabric inspection system, equipped with a high-definition camera, captures and automatically marks fabric defects in real time, simultaneously generating defect maps and inspection reports. With an accuracy exceeding 85%, it improves overall efficiency by at least 50% compared to manual methods. Second, the automated material handling solution we recommended, with electric control as its core, not only reduces labor requirements but also significantly mitigates the risks associated with manual operations, helping the client optimize its factory's production processes.
Through this visit and in-depth experience, WILTON WEAVERS expressed great interest in SUNTECH's intelligent and automated equipment and expressed anticipation for future collaboration. The implementation of this solution will definitely bring them higher production efficiency, more stable quality assurance, and a safer working environment.
