Automating Your Textile Inspection Process: Improve Efficiency and Quality Control
In June 2025, a TEEJAY team from Sri Lanka was invited to visit SUNTECH's headquarters and factory. During the discussion, we learned that their long-standing reliance on manual labor for fabric inspection resulted in low efficiency and frequent missed defects, impacting subsequent garment production and quality stability.
To address this pain point, SUNTECH recommended an AI visual inspection solution for TEEJAY. Equipped with high-definition cameras, the system accurately captures subtle defects in fabric and automatically marks them. It also generates a real-time defect distribution map and comprehensive inspection report, providing customers with reliable data traceability and quality control. Its overall inspection accuracy exceeds 85%, increasing inspection efficiency by at least 50% compared to traditional manual methods.
During the visit, we arranged for the TEEJAY team to visit the factory to experience the AI fabric inspection machine in action. The customer was impressed by the speed and accuracy of the equipment and highly praised SUNTECH's intelligent solution. With the introduction of AI fabric inspection machines, TEEJAY is expected to significantly reduce manual reliance and improve inspection consistency, thereby laying a solid foundation for the quality and delivery assurance of its end products
