In traditional manual fabric inspection, the TORAY team faced challenges such as low efficiency, reliance on experience, and the tendency to miss defects. This not only impacted inspection consistency but also created risks for subsequent high-end fabric processing. To further ensure product quality and improve production efficiency, they began actively exploring the application of AI-powered intelligent inspection systems.
To meet TORAY's high-standard production needs, SUNTECH provided an AI visual fabric inspection machine solution, achieving a perfect combination of high precision and efficiency. Equipped with AI algorithms and industrial-grade high-definition cameras, it accurately identifies various fabric defects, automatically generates defect maps and inspection reports, and enables visualization and traceability of inspection data. With an inspection accuracy of ≥85%, inspection efficiency is increased by over 50%. It can also be integrated with the factory's MES system to facilitate intelligent production management.
