In April 2026, the RB KARESI team from Turkey was invited to visit the SUNTECH headquarters, where they also toured the production facility for an on-site inspection and exchange session. The primary focus of this visit was to engage in in-depth discussions regarding the practical challenges currently facing the factory's fabric inspection process, with the aim of identifying more stable and efficient solutions.
During the discussions, RB KARESI shared several real-world challenges inherent in their current fabric inspection workflow. Due to a long-standing reliance on manual expertise for inspection, inconsistencies arose among different operators regarding judgment criteria and work pace. This made it difficult to boost overall efficiency and introduced a degree of uncertainty into quality management. As order volumes expanded, the client realized that traditional methods alone were no longer sufficient to meet increasingly stringent quality control requirements; consequently, they began seeking inspection methods that offered greater consistency.
In response to these needs, both parties exchanged views on how to leverage technological means to optimize the fabric inspection process and explored the feasibility of integrating intelligent inspection equipment into the existing production system. By establishing clearer inspection logic and more unified judgment criteria, the client aims to ensure consistent quality while facilitating a smoother transition between the fabric inspection stage and subsequent production processes.
During the factory tour, the RB KARESI team observed the AI fabric inspection machines in operation and asked detailed questions specifically tailored to the characteristics of their own fabrics. Through this hands-on experience and dialogue, the client expressed positive feedback regarding the equipment's performance in a real-world production environment and indicated a strong interest in further advancing future cooperation.
This visit not only provided RB KARESI with a more intuitive understanding of the practical applications of intelligent fabric inspection but also laid a solid foundation for future collaboration between the two parties regarding upgrades to quality management systems. SUNTECH remains committed to aligning its solutions with the client's specific production requirements, offering practical and tailored strategies to assist them in continuously enhancing both production efficiency and quality management standards.
