Fabric Inspection Efficiency Has Increased by More Than 50%, and Has Been Fully Automated, Reducing Dependence on Manual Labor.
In September of this year, the SHAHI team once again visited SUNTECH headquarters and the factory for a visit and exchange. SHAHI is one of India's largest garment manufacturing groups, providing high-quality apparel production services to numerous internationally renowned brands. As a long-term partner of SUNTECH, SHAHI introduced our AI Visual Inspection and Automated Packing Solutions early on, significantly improving production efficiency and fabric delivery quality.
With expanded production capacity and diversified orders, SHAHI sought to further improve the standardization and accuracy of fabric inspection. Traditional manual fabric inspection is not only inefficient and labor-intensive, but also prone to missed inspections and misjudgments, impacting the quality and stability of downstream garment manufacturing.
To meet SHAHI's new requirements for high-standard fabric inspection, SUNTECH provided an AI fabric inspection machine solution: an AI vision system combined with industrial-grade HD cameras accurately identifies minute defects, automatically generates defect maps and inspection reports, and enables digital traceability. With an inspection accuracy of ≥85%, this accuracy continues to improve with continuous learning. This has increased fabric inspection efficiency by over 50%, and the entire process is fully automated, further reducing reliance on manual labor.
